TeslaQuake predictions are for research and informational purposes only. While our system has achieved 94.95% accuracy, earthquake prediction is not an exact science. Do not rely solely on TeslaQuake for life safety decisions. Always follow official emergency management guidelines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeslaQuake services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TeslaQuake provides earthquake prediction services based on electromagnetic frequency monitoring and analysis. Our predictions are based on patent-pending technology and scientific research.

3. Research Purpose

TeslaQuake is currently in beta testing and research validation phase. All predictions are provided for research and educational purposes. Our technology is patent-pending (USPTO 63/927,569 & 63/953,591).

4. No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our predictions. Earthquake prediction is inherently uncertain, and our service should be used as supplementary information only.

5. Limitation of Liability

TeslaQuake, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of life.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the service for lawful purposes only
Not misrepresent or redistribute our predictions without proper attribution
Follow all applicable emergency management protocols
Not rely solely on TeslaQuake for safety decisions

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, and predictions are proprietary and protected by pending patents. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
